Kayaking on Lake Risopatrón

Lake Risopatrón, around 12 kilometres long and with calm waters, is an ideal place for kayaking on the Carretera Austral. El Pangue Lodge enjoys a privileged location as one of the few access points to the lake, surrounded by evergreen forest and mountains.

Paddle along the lake for exercise or simply to take in the scenery. Kayaking is a quiet way to travel that lets you get close to the local flora and fauna without disturbing them.

We have single and tandem kayaks with full gear (kayak, spray skirt, paddles and safety equipment) available for our guests.

Combine kayaking with fly fishing on the lake or a hike along the lodge trails.
